I have never understood why some admin would not do all they can for their staff. The ones who do will tell you that at the end of the day it benefits them to have a staff that feels validated, appreciated, and motivated.
It’s not words that show teachers they’re appreciated. It’s respect, value, giving them a voice/ input, treating them professionally, & giving them the support they need to be successful. Help maximize their talents and strengths. Increasing their value is Appreciation.

Making connections with scholars is most definitely my forte. I am a huge believer in the power of connections, mutual respect, and shared trust. The success my scholars achieve is immeasurable when they feel safe, heard, and loved. How are you connecting with your scholars?
