@banda_xo Im in OH, but right now we have just 21 kids in a room with 2 teachers. very abnormal though! I know many teachers with 30-32 which is crazy, especially if you don't have a coteacher or aid!

@banda_xo @hanjones_bankst We are offering a vaccine clinic at our school, but most of the parents of my children have not signed them up or opted out... I'm not too surprised but also am hopeful for a more "normal" year next year and I want that to happen however we can!

@SamBernstein24 We acknowledge it, and had a "costume/character day" where they could dress up, and an after-school trunk or treat. Some of our kids don't do Halloween, so it was still fun to celebrate in a more inclusive way!

This week, working with my student, I used "Can I Play Too" by Mo Willems as a mentor text. I thought it would be a good way to help to support my student in thinking up his own story. It was first time using a mentor text and it was great! #litbankstreet
