@JordanKivitz Example: for me, being taught about the science of weight loss worked far more effectively for me than being guided/intuition. But others have felt โdiet cultureโ is toxic and prefer intuition. Neither trumps the other; individual ways of processing matter.
@JordanKivitz Overall, the number of situations I encounter that would benefit from guidance outnumber ones that would benefit from teaching. But I donโt know if it means teaching will become obselete entirely. Certainly we will need to consider whatโs best for learners.
