@missrogers1793 Staff meetings moved to during assembly so not after school. Days off for residentials. Ppa from home. Flexible for appointments funerals, weddings etc. Given cover if workload heavy for subjects. 🥰

Monday- first time with it this year and actually gets rid of Sunday scaries!
Friday- basically a long weekend
Wednesday- am I planning this week or next
Tuesday- just meh

*staff meetings are now during assembly so that helps too!

@Headteacherchat We also have a y6 sports crew who run structured activities for a different year group each day.

@Headteacherchat From September, our TAs take half an hour lunch before and then spend half an hour outside the with the kids. Member of slt always outside too. All on a rota. Has worked great!

@SwailesRuth Not my experience this week. As long as when asked, the chn collaborated what the teachers has said, and it was seen in lessons.... it was all good. No planning seen by any inspector at all. Was a surprisingly positive experience!
