Changed broadband to @2degreesmobile . Received comms to say everything connected. It’s not. After 2.5 hours on hold, call is finally answered at 8:30pm only to be told techs finish at 8pm. I work from home. Absolutely outstanding service. 10/10
@GuyHeveldt Lose-lose for NZ cricket. They would just get accused of not doing enough if they didn’t make some changes. Sounds like it could have been handled better, but all sports have a cut-throat element
