@edfenergy moved into our new place on March 25th with our existing utilities provider @Shell. We've been paying Shell but still getting letters from you. Spoken to customer service 4 times, but no confirmation letter yet. Please update your records + stop the unnecessary corr.

@DVLAgovuk tried to update my driving licence in married name. Sent original marriage cert and you have advised you can't update it as it is not original! It has wet ink signature!
