@RawBeautyKristi I learned that I’m going to be the one making the decisions and I learned to become confident in that and let everything else go. It does get better as they grow and you become your new you
@RawBeautyKristi I am on meds however either way this is helpful for me. I stop and think of each path of my body. I send love and mentally check in. Like yours, my toes are down there, wiggle, stretch, ok shins, flex... all the way to my head.

@RawBeautyKristi I had tingly, angry, heartburn up my neck and shoulders. I decided since I could talk myself through my attacks but my body stayed reactive to try medication. I've been on Lexapro for about 2 months and its changed my life.
@RawBeautyKristi It took until my baby was 1yr old, I went in thinking it was hormones, my dr told me it sounded like ppd/ppa. I tracked my feelings and how many days I reacted. I would be telling myself i was ok/its not a big deal/had a solution to the triggers but i had a big physical response.
@PhillyD I appreciate your honesty with a really cool video too. I'm on Lexapro for my ppa/ppd that I lived with for a year thinking I was just hormonal as a new mom. It along with a lot of mental work on my feelings has been incredible.
