I have been testing Illuvium Beyond Wave 2 on the Goerli Testnet for about 2 weeks now. I am about to drop my thoughts right here, you aren't going to want to miss this.

First things first, the drop rates are noticeable immediately, with standard D1sks you especially notice this with the accessories. Statistically you will get something that is T3 in every 2 D1sks. Sometimes this is an accessory and sometimes not but there's WAY LESS D1sks with 3 clown noses, thank god.

Although there are quite a few Tier 1 Illuvitars you are getting way more Tier 2 and Tier 3 Illuvitars and can complete quite a bit of the collection with 100-150 standard D1sks but the fun really comes when you get to Mega D1sks.

For anyone who enjoyed Illuvium Beyond Wave 1, you noticed just how many Mega D1sks handed you an Illuvitar Between 1250-1500. The biggest thing I noticed when participating in the testing phase for Illuvium Beyond Wave 2 was just how many Illuvitars I pulled around the 1700 mark and over 2000 power.

Not only did this feel epic with every single D1sk I obtained, because there are so many expressions, Holos and rare backgrounds I felt like I always got something that had a place in my ever expanding collection.

Ultimately in Wave 1 Standard D1sks felt really weak and like they didn't have a very strong place in Illuvium Beyond, now Standard D1sks and Mega D1sks play such different roles that the collecting game feels infinitely better and I can't wait until it drops in 6 days.
