@British_Airways So I’ve had to pay double for a hire car through 0 fault of my own due to an engine failing and a missing part, so I can’t get to an event and also nearly $300 on tickets for a once in a lifetime thing, thanks so much won’t be using BA again :)

@PaulGiblinTake2@British_Airways This is a very interesting message! We are very regular business flyers of BA and is there anything can be done to improve quality of food please! Every time we eat the food we feel unwell and maybe all the food is ultra processed . Please do consider

We were all going through an incredibly hard time and didn’t want to go through all this bureaucratic nonsense. Yet we had to. The day of my wife’s operation, my MIL sat in the waiting room, talking to an agent from @British_Airways still trying to find a solution.

The only solution offered was for my MIL to rebook the flights for another time, this has to be done before 14 Feb. Her sister, who she was travelling with is no longer able to go. @British_Airways refused to change the passenger name and still refused to refund.
