@kirby_pj@GWRHelp That's how they get you. I had a split ticket from Manchester to Portsmouth. Part of it got cancelled due to strike action, so I tried to cancel the whole thing but couldn't get my money back because the other parts were non refundable.

@kirby_pj@GWRHelp Spilt ticketing just causes issues as one journey can have a number of different tickets with a number of different seat reservations attached which the pax donโt realise they have to move which then causes issues for the person thats seat it is when the reservation changes

@GWRHelp I purchased a ticket for today using my GWR Rewards free ticket code. However, in the app my ticket isn't available and it says that I only have a seat reservation. Is this a glitch? Also, what happens with Delay Repay for this ticket if my train is delayed? Thanks.

On a train from London Paddington to Cheltenham but saved nearly ยฃ30 by having ticket to Didcot, then ticket to Stroud then ticket to Cheltenham rather than one @GWRHelp ticket. Absolute madness.
