The darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining.
When we love our fellow beings. We are shining the light that Jesus has commanded us to shine! The enemy wants us to hate each other because that is his darkness, hate. If you want to make disciples, love.

One of the hardest things to understand about being a disciple of Jesus is “Change”. If we are going to become like Jesus then what we do, what we say, has to come in alignment with His Word. Everything counts, or nothing counts. If you claim to have faith, tame your tongue.

So much good stuff today, but I want to take a side bar. I have dear brothers and sisters in faith, that do not believe that profanity is a big deal to God. It is, The Bible talks about it many times, but this verse is my favorite. Let the world see the transformation in us!

Be Kind, forgive freely, and love your neighbor. That is the Gospel. If you want to go to heaven, these are the things we must do. As a country we celebrated 250
Years this week, but we have not achieved what the goal was, yet!

On our 250th anniversary of America today. I want to remind us to love our neighbors. It’s not an option and it was why our idea of a melting pot society was so successful. We take care of each other, Period. Happy Fourth! 🎆

It is hard to explain the Joy that comes from knowing Jesus. The presence of the Holy Spirit totally renews my heart and gives me hope for tomorrow!

All Authority. We need to remember that Jesus has given us authority to make disciples of all. The thought that Spiritual Gifts ended with the Apostles does not line up with the command that Jesus gave us. We have work to do!

I love that we can actually ask the thoughts in our mind if they are from God or not. We are more than enough in Christ! #FEARNOT

Such opposition. Why does the world get so angry at our morales and choices for life? Because Jesus illuminates all that is against God in our life. He is the Author and Perfecter of our faith! #fearnot

Happy Father’s Day to all you Dads. This verse today gives us a perfect example of how we are supposed to imitate our Heavenly Father. The Bible encourages us to think about these things, and be like Jesus!

In Christ, we are new creations. That isn’t a nice saying, it is what the Bible tells us. If we are not changing, if we only are “new” on Sunday, and the rest of the week we are our old selves, 🤷‍♂️

Guard your heart! That is sage advice. What we let into our mind will corrupt our hearts. Holy Spirit flows from our heart. How we interact and serve Gods Kingdom, directly ties to the purity of our hearts. 💞 #fearnot

This verse reminds me that I am supposed to play offense. We have gotten too used to only battling when we are under attack. It’s time that we, the church go on the offensive. Pray and declare victory over our children and grandchildren. Read Gods word aloud and make Jesus famous

It is so easy for me to get lost, caught up in all the mess of this world. But I want to encourage all of us. Turn our eyes upon Jesus. Let the Holy Spirit direct your steps. It’s never too late to get right with Jesus, as long as we have breath, He is waiting for our call! ☎️

I read this Psalm to my mother yesterday. I could tell he was anxious and I know this verse calms me. In a world that expects us to be busy always, God is encouraging us to be quiet and wait on His still small voice! #fearnot

What am I feeding my soul? It’s just like a garden. If I don’t water it, give it good soil, pull the weeds, protect it from insects, it will not produce a harvest. God help me to think about good things! Help me be free from the corruption of this world, and stay in your Light!
