Another person I know has Covid, surprised how bad they feel. They asked where to get monoclonal antibodies, thought Paxlovid was OTC, were surprised they got sick because they "thought Covid was over" and "had a booster."

Yesterday I was arrested by @HertsPolice whilst covering a protest on the M25.

I showed my press card, and I was handcuffed almost immediately. My phone was snatched out of my hand. I was searched twice, held in a cell for 5 hours, and I wasn’t questioned whilst in custody.

Feb 2022, Imperial "found that the devices would miss between 20 per cent and 81 per cent of positive cases in different settings"
Meaning these companies & the gov't were at fault for misrepresenting how accurate tests are & downplaying covid.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have never tested positive on any test. However, I have gotten really sick 2x from events where other people (far) later told me they had tested +. I believed that the UK's lateral flow tests were far less accurate than desirable.

I found early on that the UK gov said this:
"Lateral flow tests have an estimated specificity of at least 99.97%, which means that fewer than 3 in every 10,000 tests will result in a false positive."

while false NEGATIVE data was far higher!
