You do things because you feel an obligation towards others way often than you think.
You set up schedules to make others happy, you mess up your priorities for others, when it’s not truly what you want yourself.
I often find myself needing to talk with somebody, that doesn’t know me or doesn’t care about my feelings to give me a honest opinion on my situation.
More and more I turn to voice mode in Claude, I just want to pour everything I have on my mind and ask for a no bullshit opinion. I do think this is wild, never would’ve imagined doing this
Romanian entrepreneurs never cease to amaze me sometimes. A beauty brand owner followed me from my content. She was working on her online store and I reached out to thank her for following and ask if she needed any help with email.
She replied that she isn’t following me anymore - literally unfollowed after she read my message.
The willingness to work and trust people seems very low in Romania at least. People just don’t give many chances to young founders.
it’s so funny how techies wanted to appeal to consumers so badly they probably paid kylie a bajillion dollars
and all she had to do was take some pics in a bathrobe
i rarely google things anymore.
& when i do, i almost never ever click through to the actual destination site.. hell i never even scroll below the ai overview.
that feels kinda insane.

BIG opportunity for YOU! I'm hiring for a VP of Emerging Brands. The ideal candidate is likely someone who wants to start their own brand but is eager to invest at least 2 years working directly with me to scale each of our Emerging Brands. You'll work hard. You'll fast-track your growth and leadership.
What is an Emerging Brand at Ü Snacks (Grüns)? -- Any brand we launch that is doing anywhere from $0 to $100M of annual revenue. Yes, $100M of revenue is our threshold for moving something from "emerging" to scaling. You will own the P&Ls and outcomes of each Emerging Brand. To start, you'll have Nütrops, Immün, Jüced, and some upcoming innovations. 👀
I care deeply about mentorship. Success for me in this role is that you can either (1) pivot internally at Grüns after two years to own a function you've come to love or (2) go start your own thing with my support, network, and backing. I can't imagine a better training ground for successfully launching your own brand after two years.
You'll work directly with me. Success for you will singularly be growing each Emerging Brand to $100M of revenue, profitably. That's it. Simple, not easy. You'll have a great team already in place on Day 1. 💪
If you're reading this, you probably already know the Grüns story. We scaled profitably in 2 years from $0 to over $300M in revenue (last publicly disclosed in August 2025).
I'll drop the link to the career page in the comments. I'd love to work closely with you. Chat soon!
we are soon going to be in an era where infinite really products compete for a fixed, increasingly defended pool of attention, mediated by a handful of platforms who tax the connection.
