@jxnlco@timelesstaco I love that I too experienced this around 50 min ago and the fact I can go in X and see team is already working on it is amazing 💪🏻
Love it! Had a random idea - thoughts on creating a bookmarks type nav function on the right that lets the user jump to past prompts in a session? I’m finding myself scrolling a lot to go back for info especially when sessions aren’t continuous or I come back after hours. Not sure if it’s a universal behavior but thought I’d toss out the idea
Fair enough, I’m not working with the exact group you are so there are nuances to cater to. I 100% agree on your points about learning concepts and where roi is in data development. I’m doing my best to help people leap frog certain tooling that was necessary pre ai while trying to educate and change how people think. Broadly speaking I’m finding success but it varies across the spectrum of people and people have to WANT to learn which is its own obstacle. Keep on keeping on 💪🏻
Shift your teaching to conceptual about data models, create mental models for them, but enable them to use copilot to learn and explore. That’s what I’ve been doing to get adoption and it’s been working great. They don’t need to “know power query” in my humble opinion any more. They need to know that data can be transformed, manipulated, automated and overtime ai tools will converge on the right methods for this while humans can focus on properly framing a business and judgement of output. Whether it’s copilot in excel, codex desktop to do development in bulk or any other tool
