@TBU12345678 @evrgn11112231 I feel like its still super early but agree on eventual optimization just hard to say when. Common refrain from IT/CIO is: “We need to innovate so we are tolerating the spend”. Eventually theyll do the roi calc but think thats not in 2026 as the adoption is still new

@thespencerwalsh Was looking for examples too. Upwork actually seeing growth from GenAI (at least they claim to) and headwinds are on low end side. Seems like edtech is biggest area first. Basically no proprietary data/workflow/distribution so easily replaced. BPO feels at risk
