💪 Witnessing the growth and confidence of Afghan women in our digital skills program has been immensely rewarding. This journey is about more than tech skills—it's about fostering independence and opening doors to new opportunities. #WomenInTech https://t.co/ymU8xUdxYz
How to know you’ve truly angered a British person:
1. They beg for your pardon
2. They write you a strongly worded letter/email
3. They mutter “charming”
4. They say “you’re welcome” - which you can only just hear because they’ve waited for you to walk away a bit
5. They tut
6. They say “erm” and then pause before saying “excuse me”
7. They say “that was uncalled for”
8. They say “honestly, it’s fine”
9. Their email sign-off goes from “kind regards” to simply “regards”
10. They say nothing at all for three years then bring it up at Christmas dinner
@LTHEchat A6. As a creative myself, I’ve seen it used well to help those who are uncreative express themselves, or for people to experiment with ideas. However, as with text, you can’t use it well without human review/edit/correction.
@LTHEchat A4. Absolutely not. To get the best out of GenAI content, you need to be able to critically review/amend/correct/rephrase the content. However, there is a huge risk that people will use it lazily resulting in a lack of critical thinking
@LTHEchat Hell no! We need to understand how to use it ethically and effectively so that we can teach our students how to use it ethically and effectively! It will be/is a core skill for employability #LTHEChat
@LTHEchat A1. Not at all. I use @MSFTCopilot every day as it’s securely integrated into our MS365 licence. I also hear great things about Google’s Gemini developments but I’ve not played with it enough to comment
