@musicmommy23 @TravelGov 1000%, the entire process is a joke.. worse than banking & healthcare systems combined and probably cost 10x to implement. A renewal should literally take zero time.. update picture and print... we have software that can do facial recognition... doesn't need people! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
