@NSSTIG8R Exactly! Same situation here. And there was a big outage that occured from the same thing on the other side of town, knocking out over 500 customers. So that delayed reconnection.

@NSSTIG8R Finally got it fixed but it was a bit more complicated than that. Had to call specific electricians as well as an inspector, one that had the time to push the paperwork to Duke to get it reconnected.

After multiple people and phone calls. Electricians, inspectors, Duke Energy, etc... Its finally FIXED... Holy crap. In between all this, there was a big outage caused by a storm in-between which delayed the reconnection.
