In 2013, I started purchasing #bitcoin.
I forgot how many #btc I once had, but had I never sold, I could easily retire off of it right now.
Instead, I sold all of it for either a loss or a tiny gain.
Huge regret.
The lesson? Be more like @SimonDixonTwitt, continue to accumulate, and never act from a place of panic, fear, or desperation.
🇺🇸Clarity Act: "Every single hour we get MORE folks saying yes"
"Right now crypto firms can do anything they want because there is no regulatory standard for rewards."
"Passing Clarity actually creates rules of the road that are in the best interest of the American financial system."
The Trump administration says it believes in MERIT.
But since taking power, it’s beaten “merit” so badly the word needs asylum.
You’re an international student studying science, technology, engineering or math at an American university?
We don’t need your merit.
You’re a highly skilled H-1B worker recruited by an American company?
We don’t need your merit.
You’ve worked legally in America for 10+ years, built a career, paid taxes, and your employer is sponsoring you for a green card?
Apparently, we don’t need your merit either.
This is the contradiction nobody seems willing to address.
Trump once argued that America should keep exceptional foreign students and workers here, saying: “We discriminate against genius. We discriminate against brilliance.”
His administration originally proposed an immigration system that would explicitly reward advanced education, valuable skills and employment.
Yet today we’re putting more barriers in front of the very international students, skilled workers and employment-based immigrants who would supposedly score highest in a merit-based system.
So what happened to the meritocracy we were promised?
This is such a ridiculous way to frame this.
The man spent 25 years at Adobe. Losing your job after giving a company a quarter-century is awful, and spending a year unable to find another tech job is even worse.
But somehow we jump from that to: H-1Bs.
Ageism in tech is real. Senior employees are expensive. Companies restructure, eliminate roles, offshore work, automate functions and increasingly favor younger or cheaper talent.
An H-1B worker in his 50s can get laid off and face the exact same ageism, except he may also have to find another employer willing to sponsor him or leave the country.
You can care about American workers without turning every laid-off American into evidence against immigrants.
His story deserves empathy, not somebody else’s immigration status being turned into the villain.
Ageism is a real thing in tech. Do you not know that?
And what a below-the-belt way to sell a narrative. using someone’s pain to blame immigrants, while conveniently ignoring every other factor that could explain his struggle.
Especially when that narrative happens to align remarkably well with your own business interests.
New update video for Celsius creditors & $IOND holders.
The latest litigation admin report is out.
We have over $200 million in the account.
They're pushing summary judgment against Mashinsky & he has until Aug 7 to respond.
Plus some huge settlements with other companies and insiders.
And the Ionic CEO was interviewed & shares what the Texas audit means for the stock.
🚨 Huge news: nearly $500M coming to #CelsiusNetwork creditors!
As I highlighted a few days ago, a settlement with @EquitiesFirst seemed imminent.. and now we have confirmation: a resolution has been reached for payments totaling $500M.
Even if lawyers take a cut of up to 20%, that would still leave around $400M for creditors (~8% recovery). That would mean a bigger recovery than Tether.
It’s not yet clear whether this will be a single payment or multiple distributions.

📨 Transferring #IonicDigital shares IBKR guide
This is my last post about this process. Since the information is dispersed among a few tweets, I have compiled the IBKR process here.
(If you completed the transfer but had problems or errors, share them in the comments below to help fellow creditors who are still executing theirs)
1 - Open your account at Interactive Brokers and deposit $250. This gives you a buffer in case of you fail a transfer. Make sure to select a Cash account type, not Margin.
2 - Go to Odyssey Trust and download the book-entry statement under Forms.
3 - Check if your account on OT says "No W-8BEN/W-9/Missing Taxpayer ID on file."
4 - Make sure your $250 is now available on IBKR—try buying a $10 stock to confirm available funds.
5 - Review your IBKR & OT investor/account holder names (take a screenshot). There have been issues with middle names causing transfer errors on IBKR—it must 100% match your name on Odyssey Trust (OT).
6 - Go to IBKR: Transfers -> Transfer Positions -> Incoming -> Select Region -> USA -> Select DRS.
🚨 Important: If there is any mismatch between your OT and IBKR accounts during the DRS transfer, it will fail, and $100 will be deducted from your account. Double-check everything and contact IBKR support if in doubt! 🚨
7 - Start entering the data exactly as shown on your book-entry statement into your DRS transfer.
7.1 - If OT says you have no W-8BEN/W-9/Tax ID on file, enter all 1s in the Tax ID field if you are in the US, or all 9s if you are outside the US. If it says it is filed, enter the Tax ID you have on Odyssey Trust.
7.2 - Review everything, then proceed with the transfer. If successful, you will be charged $25 (or $100 if it fails). It usually takes 1 night to 2 days.
Check the attach image below showing where to find the DRS Transfer Menu on IBKR, where to find the book entry form and the errors you get for failing the transfer.
If the transfer is for a very large number of shares, IBKR may require you to submit additional compliance data.

Selling Ionic Shares and at What Price:
When selling, make sure to place a limit order so you set your price, even if it’s at current market price. Don't sell when the market is closed! this might make you lose some money.
The CEO's performance compensation starts at $64 and goes up to $103. I believe the stock has a high probability of reaching $100+ by 2027.
If that value makes a big impact on you, hold some of your shares. Future events can drive the stock above those targets or lower the odds, so stay tuned for developments and how they impact Ionic's market cap and share price.

We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026.
The data exposed:
- Full names
- Shipping addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy).
All affected customers have been contacted separately by email.
Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts.
NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels.
We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected.
We are investigating this situation and will post updates on our blog:

After years as a Celsius creditor, I finally sold all of my $IOND shares today.
I really need the cash right now at this moment in my life.
Grateful for the recovery, and wishing everyone the very best on their journey.

🚨 #CelsiusNetwork Re-Attempt at the 4th Recovery distribution
Celsius has sent out an email for those who did not receive the 4th distribution to correct their account issues by May 31st so they may receive the 4th distribution in June!
One of the issues that halted distributions was that some creditors used a driver’s license to register with their distribution agent. There has been an upgrade in requirements across the EU and other countries, and you now need to provide stronger KYC proof, such as a passport or National ID.
1 - Make sure to log in at:
https://t.co/2yQZkwYh6l
Check if your KYC is OK!
2 - Log in to your distribution agent (Coinbase/PayPal/Venmo) (the one you received the last distribution from) and contact customer support. Tell the AI bot you want to speak with a live agent and ask if your account meets all the requirements to receive a new Celsius Network distribution!
🚨#CelsiusNetwork WPE Bankruptcy Parasites!
I was just told by someone that a non-lawyer is charging Celsius Network users 1.5% of their settlements values just for sending emails to the litigation admin, plus a custom phonecall to explain the situation.
Warning this is a robbery! Everyone can email the litigation admin and get a quote for their settlement!
Warning this is a robbery! 🚓
Email them at: celsiuslitigationadmin (at) m3-partners (dot)com
Provide your name, ask them what is their current offer to end your WPE (Withdrawal Preference Action) and if you are entitle to Ionic shares and crypto distributions..
🚨 Warning it might be profitable to settle due to #IonicDigital Listing 🚨
If you left over 5k and around 10% of your assets on Celsius especially if you are a USA or EU user, you are likely in profit after paying. There is currently $347M of funds in crypto (BTC at $42,972 and Eth 2599) and $98M in Cash and 3M of Ionic Digital shares mostly tied to partial withdrawals from the platform!
My messages remain open to my followers, if you want precise calculations and advice. If you want me to send an email asking for the best offer they can give you and have a personal call explaining the pros and cons, I will do it for half of what these parasites are charging you. Plus you will get the best and most inform source on Celsius & Ionic! 😂
