Listen @UPS - we're dealing with a lot right now. So when I had to have a package sent from a location I was supposed to be at but wasn't due to a problem with our RV, I reluctantly paid $18+ for shipping & $18+ for pickup. Your system adjusted my address to not include my (1/3)

apartment number. So when I noticed this, I checked my options. $20 for an address correction? No. So I requested delivery to "a neighbor" for free. Guess what you did, @UPS? Charged me $20 anyway. $56+ for a package I could have just reordered for less! (2/3)
