Back then, people encouraged students to go through books, but books didn't have a convient search button. Now people are encouraging students not to trust LLMs, but do their own searches.
In both cases, the best students are those who understand how to use the new tool to extract what they want from the old one, but much quicker.
The users who complain about the flaws in your product may seem annoying, but they are on the whole probably your most valuable users. They complain because they care, and I doubt a startup could ever get really big without users who care a lot about the product.
