A glimpse of what Ophelia API can do across an @OpenTable reservation request in a headless false setup.
It’s the same execution everywhere.
Travel (@bookingcom), tickets (@Ticketmaster), fitness, transportation (@Uber, @lyft), and other experience + service supply.
This is insane.
But the phone call isn't the interesting part.
What's interesting is that the moment an agent leaves its own platform, the transaction effectively disappears.
The restaurant doesn't know an agent made the booking.
The user doesn't have a record of what confirmed.
Everyone is operating with a different version of reality.
Seems like there’s an obsession with agents making requests.
Except real problem starts once the request succeeds.
A phone call gets you a reservation but it doesn’t get you ownership of the transaction value, the deposit, the modification, the reminder, or the outcome.
As agents move into the real world, execution isn't about only generating requests, rather maintaining a unified state across systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
(fyi insane as in COOL @merit_systems team is always 10 steps ahead 🔥)
hahahhaha my agent just got a res for me and the boys to watch the game tmrw (nothing was available on resy so it called the bar instead)
let's go knicks
