Your WhatsApp system & even your app doesn’t let the customer update the issue & cancel wasn’t working.

Since purchase and now generating a service request is hell complicated.

Once the warranty completes, I will discard this and buy Kent only.

Trust me you folks are no where in front of Kent in terms of sales and service. I can’t comment technically on product. But soon I will be able to. It’s just 3 months and I feel I made a wrong decision. @EurekaforbesIN

If I raise a service issue, your engineers will call and tell me that I chose the wrong option and I should cancel. Not one told me that they will send appropriate one or redirect. I have all the WhatsApp details.

Saturday, Sunday, and now yet another live incident today. Three consecutive days. A hat-trick of failures in a project that was marketed as a premium development.

The portion seen here detached under nothing more than wind loading. That alone should alarm every engineer. Even more disturbing, tapping the ceiling at multiple locations inside the flat produces a hollow sound, indicating possible debonding of concrete/plaster and raising serious concerns about construction quality, durability, and long-term structural performance. Imagine the fear of families living beneath these ceilings every single day.

For the past three weeks, DDA has repeatedly assured residents that investigations would be conducted. Have any forensic or structural investigations actually been initiated? Have the findings been shared? If not, why are residents still being asked to rely on assurances instead of evidence?

This is no longer about isolated repairs. It is about identifying the root cause, fixing systemic defects, and restoring confidence in a public project built with taxpayers’ money and residents’ life savings.

Every falling piece is a warning. Please don’t wait for a serious injury or loss of life before taking decisive, transparent, and accountable action.

Any investigation? Steel has lost more than 50% section.. what u infer ? When can we predict next fall ?
