@CenturyLink having to wait 2 weeks to get someone out to fix a line issue is unacceptable. I can’t charge my car because the charger is internet based, I can’t water my lawn or trees because it’s internet based, I can’t work from home. You should be ashamed.

@vinnyCor @billplein We’ve found that vacuum sealing and reheat via sous vide is awesome on smoked meats. It’s doesn’t re-cook it. So even thought I’m a household of 2, we still cook the bigger brisket. #leftovers
