@Finnair @Finnair any updates on the bags you have lost in Helsinki airport, are you guys looking at the moment, or are you too short staffed?

@Finnair You lost our suitcases with all of our cold gear in it, whilst in Lapland which is currently -11 so we are stuck in the cabin, shaping up to be one of the worst airline experiences ever. Well done Finnair

@Finnair @pmac__ You should really give compensation for stuff like this because people have spent thousands of pounds to come only to be messed around

@Finnair @pmac__ Did that but still waiting we are only here for like 72 hours so this trip is most likely ruined

@pmac__ @Finnair Just wait until you get to Lapland, to then get a message saying they’ve lost your luggage and to make a claim after the staff told us explicitly that our luggage would be transferred to the new plane after our old flight got cancelled, because that’s what happened to us.
