I am a diabetic and have insulin medication in my bag. @Finnair is putting my life at risk by not being responsive. We have called @Finnair customer service 3x this morning. I have been to Helsinki airport myself to speak to the manager to explain my situation but she decided to call airport security to have me escorted out. This is a medical emergency and @Finnair are responsible for returning my luggage and medication. I showed them where my luggage was on an AirTag and they refused to help. @Finnair are liable.
@Finnair My luggage is sitting at Helsinki airport literally about 100 meters from the @Finnair arrival "assistance" desk but nobody can actually go back there and retrieve it. It's just mind boggling....
@Finnair You Finnair manager called airport security on me instead of helping to find my luggage. What disgraceful service. Nobody should ever fly with Finnair again. There is no urgency, no empathy, no caring about their customers.

@kimme110@Finnair I’m sorry to hear about your husband’s situation. Finnair has gone from one of the best to the worst. Last summer, they abandoned my underage daughter in a foreign country.
@pmac__@Finnair Just wait until you get to Lapland, to then get a message saying they’ve lost your luggage and to make a claim after the staff told us explicitly that our luggage would be transferred to the new plane after our old flight got cancelled, because that’s what happened to us.
