To all those who monitor actual aqi and other factors or own an aqi monitor, my hcho levels are always red when indoors and normalise when I track outdoors (balcony, not streets). How relevant is HCHO level.. @SandeepMall@chiragbarjatya@AQI_India
@bryan_johnson One of the imp factors is also to start tracking what you are "actually" breathing. General data on Google for a city is often misleading. AQI at my forest hill home is 17 while city number is 78 on Google. So one could be breathing better or worse air, basis their exact location
@SandeepMall Got an AQI monitor to observe and analyse actual air quality I am breathing, not what certain hotpots show on google. The difference is noticeable. Currently breathing AQI 17 at my hill home while Google shows AQI 78 for dehradun in general.
And while I agree with @bryan_johnson making better aqi a national priority for Indians, it seems impractical and therefore, it's better for Indians(whoever can) to move to locations with better aqi within India. Hills, jungles, beaches.
Working out in my home gym overlooking the doon city and mussoorie hills is a rare privilege and I cherish it every weekday (inspiration: @SandeepMall). I vlog it too.
