@tszzl One of my tests for Modafinil’s effectiveness was seeing the affect it has on my elo in LoL. Although I felt a lot more confident in lane and the mechanics were a bit better, over a large sample of games I actually lost elo in comparison to playing without it.
Pros: provides a framework that can allow one to identify certain patterns of behaviour and thus, navigate them better, whether in oneself or others.
Cons: one can get fixated on the identity of labels - this can hinder growth. E.g., “it is just the BPD/OCPD/avoidant tendencies”

@tszzl Hatred will only make you dive early, take unnecessary risks, and throw the game. You need to be doing it for the love of the art of the craft, only then will you be able to get into a flow state and make the best decisions.
