@SocialNomadRach Im all for tipping, but 40% is way too high of an expectation. I generally start at 20% and then round up to the next dollar amount from there

@ErwinVartanians @BuffaloHoser @DillonCM @OmarKelly Sadly we came into the game averaging 29 PPG against us ranked 27th. Total yards ranked 29th (16th through the air, dead last on the ground. Offense also struggling but a bit less than the defense. Pass 21st, rush 30th, total 28th, scoring 21st

@holloway_rod @OmarKelly Before they turned it around his 3rd game back and won 7 of the last 8. Without playing the full season, the 8 games we won under him were still more than we were winning in full seasons before we drafted him. Unfortunately, we were only 1-3/1-4 without him

@holloway_rod @OmarKelly Both games he gave the team a 4th quarter lead before the defense gave it back away, while he was in a flak jacket still working his way back with the ribs. After winning week one, they lost all the games without him before losing those two and dropping to 1-7
