But by mistake, my mom sent the boAt Immortal 131 instead.
After the rejection, this is the condition in which they were returned — completely damaged 😞

Faced a really frustrating experience today.
I decided to buy a ticket with cash and even after having change the staff refused
If the supporting staff cant even handle basic courtesy and help why are they even hired?

Whats the qualification criteria?
Do you just pick anyone off the street and put them in uniform?
Zero empathy zero support.

I’ve been diagnosed with a stye and adenoviral conjunctivitis.
Was already in pain and had blurry vision.

After all that happened, I tried to book the ticket online — and even that went wrong.
Frustration + eye issue = total mess.
