@BofA_Help I called that number. I also had to go through EDD claims. The account was locked 2 times and I unlocked it 2 times. It has been over 4 months. This is just ridiculous. This article says it all, BOA doesn’t help #fraud victims

@BofA_Help Submitted a legitimate claim 4months ago after my original EDD card was never received AND after contacting BoA representative I realized someone else has been using EDD card for the 3 months prior. I did not recognize EVERY single transactions but claims closed the case no help
