@TXWestCapital But I think it doesnt matter anymore at this point. They back stopped the deposit withdrawals using a credit facility from the Fed. I assume the Fed balance sheet will only expand when the banks needs to sell to them for deposit withdrawals
@TXWestCapital Yup so they are letting investors and lenders (except depositors) take the loss but protecting depositors. But I was wondering if that will cause bank runs because they will reimburse the deposits to the people in instalments rather than in one go. So depositors may not like this
@BradMatheny33@tradingview Amazing and fascinating. Do you think the US job opening less than estimate is bullish for market because it will pressure Fed to pivot since the Fed will think inflation will be lower with corporations not willing to spend capital/resources on hiring?
@ToneVays Do you think the quarter inflation being lower than the previous one will make the Fed stop rate hikes or increase it by very little in early November?
