12 Companies With Great Social Listening Strategies - Konnect Insights
@RetailPro369
Companies who practice social listening, in turn, are successful. I found this great article that includes companies who effectively use social listening. It highlights not just what social listening is, but the unique ways each company uses social listening.
The article includes companies like Nike, Netflix, and Amazon (all successful brands) and the different ways each company uses social listening. Again, I found this article very informative and highly recommend giving it a look.
@LilyFelton9@RetailPro369 I too found The Golden Circle to be very informative. Companies that have a secured "why" tend to have more success than others that don't
@MollyHealyyy@RetailPro369 I totally agree that AI is transforming how retailers operate. It makes you wonder who the first ones were to take advantage of AI?
They offer it for only 12 days, giving consumers the feeling that maybe they're missing out, if they don't take advantage of the free donut. Great content strategy if you ask me..

The Chipotle Father's day example got me thinking of what culturally relevant content that other brands are able to create. After some research, I found a pretty cool Dunkin Donuts Christmas promo. The brand offers free donuts using the title "12 days of Donuts."
I like how the post shows determination. It shows grit and hard work, and showcases lebron James, an NBA player I enjoy watching, working out and pushing himself. @RetailPro369
Found a great video on the use metaverse in marketing. It goes over examples of the metaverse which helps for deeper understanding of it. Before the lecture i didn't really know what metaverse was. This video was a great help in bettering my understanding.
For me, Starbucks has achieved top-of-mind awareness, when I hear coffee I immediately think coffee. My association with them is also positive. I have had always had good personal experiences with their service and the quality of their product.
Great tweet, points out importance of businesses collaborating with social media influencers, check out the other tweets connected to this one as well.
Since many influencers' followers trust them and their opinions so much, their followers may skip stages in the decision-making process and buy the item immediately. This para-social relationship causes many people to disregard their personal values and immediately buy an item.
Found a great article on buyer persona. The article talks about importance of buyer personas, and how to use and create them. If you scroll down the article offers an example of a buyer persona for Lyft and Expedia Travel, someone who travels frequently. @RetailPro369
Brands must keep customers in the loop. Apple does this with their quality, consistency, what I believe is most important is their top-of-mind awareness. Needing any type of smart-technology triggers Apple. Which Brands' loyalty loop are you stuck in? @RetailPro369
There is a direct correlation between popularity and status of a brand, and customers in the loyalty loop. The more customers in the loop, the more success a brand will have. in 2023 Apple was ranked number 1 for the most loyal customers. https://t.co/Uj5Bc4aKmg
