@TUIUK is there any chance of a response to my complaint submitted 1 September? This is in relation to my stay at @RiuHoteles Riu Palace Santa Maria and suffering food poisoning due to the sheer lack of food hygiene at this place! I cannot see why this hotel has ‘palace’ status!
