All branches of local communities, counties, cities, schools, libraries, townships, etc got stripped of funding. And for no value to the residential taxpayers that were to be the winners.

@jstewartIndy Attend a few conventions before trusting them. Been to five and was disappointed in the lack of quality of some of those chosen each time. It was in the 80s & 90s, and it seems they have gotten worse since then (see Morales for example).
