I just wanna talk about how much BMI is such a bs scale. I took a nutrition class my 1st yr at Toledo. There I found out I wasn’t eating right. My fat and salt consumption was over the normal limit. While literally everything else was under.

That means I don’t eat enough vitamins, fiber, and etc to be healthy. But according to the BMI scale I am a 19.7 which is just above the lower limit of normal. Let me remind you that not eating enough vitamins can kill you within months.
