Any of you actually driven down Longmead Road Epsom. Absolutely horrendous potholes and history of failed “repairs” made by cowboy contractors.
The noise as the large Lorries/busses rattle down the road at all hours is awful.

Geniuses @EpsomEwellBC deciding to not pick up refuse waste this week and then have the Longmead tip closed as well, when we are likely to have lots of waste as we lead up to Xmas.

When u think @forduk can’t disappoint anymore. Utterly useless and illogical handling of complaints. Owned a Ford since 2005, Focus and 2 Kugas.
The last 3 years, Kuga PHEV has had 2 safety recalls and a return to replace a faulty centre console due to H&S.

Now getting stiffed!

Received my second recall letter for a second issue worrying issue relating to our 72 plate Kuga ST.
Now not allowed to plug in.
Will we be compensated for the journeys we are now having to use petrol for? And for how long until resolved?

Are you kidding?!this looks worse. Edges not done, debris (grass and litter) all over the place and the most uneven cutting I’ve seen.

We are now over a month and no reply and no update is not good enough!

Can keep taking everyon’s money each day, but when it comes to sorting refunds you can’t.

@EpsomEwellBC what is going on with all the grass verges and pathways around Epsom. So overgrown and in places unwalkable. Even worse that the places in the pictures “have been visited” but left like this!

Pay thru the nose for my 2022 Kuga. Alert them of Sync issue weeks ago when booking service. Not sorted,no timeline for answers.
Have a display showing reverse camera when driving, and sporadically going blank, Radio on the spaz!
