@HarshaliBedmuth @Zipcar I was stranded with my kid. @zipcar customer service was worthless. DMing does nothing. Hours on the phone with them. They offered to provide another reservation so I could get my stuff...um, I needed a zipcar because I don't currently have access to a car!

@ZipCar my kid and I were stranded when the app wouldn’t work. No customer service. Then couldn’t try bc my reservation was over. Personal items in the car. Wtw? We had to leave the car and have a friend drive out to get us. Now you’re closed? Billing seems to be working. ????
