I built Agentic Browser Chat (https://t.co/XboZM1msI4), a privacy-respecting, local-first AI assistant that lives directly in your browser. It allows you to chat with any webpage, manage notes and tasks, and run custom agent tools - all via an injected overlay panel with zero servers.
I primarily used Claude Code (Opus) to build it.
I’ve noticed Americans casually say, “I’d lose my house,” when they mean they might stop paying their mortgage.
Where I’m from, you generally don’t call something “yours” until the receipt says so. So describing a property that is still tied to decades of payments as “my house” feels a little optimistic.
You may live there, decorate it, and make all the decisions, but stop paying for long enough and the bank can still take it back.
Homeownership is sometimes just a very expensive subscription, with the cancellation policy being: “Please vacate the premises.”
@markessien Halfway between a colleague and a hostage negotiator talking itself through the situation. I keep scrolling for the part where it asks me anything.
Running an AI-heavy dev shop from Nigeria means my agents have a strict diet: frontier models for planning and architecture, budget models for everything that can be reverted with a git command.
The "just pay $400/month" crowd has never seen an exchange rate.
The frontier tax is real. So is the ego tax.
@Raynerdtech Fgs, what the hell is Chat-G-T-P?
It’s GPT. Short for Generative Pre-trained Transformer.
Brings a different meaning to “Attention is all you need”. People really need to pay attention 😔
@malakhovdm Agents can scale outreach beautifully. They can also scale bad judgment at enterprise speed, which is a very efficient way to build a reputation crater.
A vibecoded site built in 5 hours can go viral.
A durable product takes longer because the UI was never the final boss.
The hard parts are trust, reliability, security, integrations, support, distribution, and keeping production from becoming a live-action crime documentary at 2:17 a.m.
AI can generate the dashboard before your coffee cools.
It cannot explain to an enterprise customer why their invoice was sent to a deleted account, their data developed free will, and the incident channel has 486 unread messages.
So yes, ship faster.
Just remember: if your moat is rounded corners and a dark-mode toggle, the AI bulldozer is already reversing toward it.
The SaaS graveyard has a new intern. It works weekends, never asks for equity, and occasionally deletes the database.
