AWA in Jan, AWB in May.

@VSaviation @SJot6z Getting delivered and flying from Charleston to Delhi - both are different terms. Delivery happens at Charleston Customer Delivery center, then a ferry flight from Charleston to Delhi. Like A350-1000 VT-JRO has already been delivered to Air India but it hasn’t flown to Delhi yet.

CAF is not limited to just 1 flight. Generally 1-2 depends on how the first flight goes and are there any findings after that.

Many Pakistan based big handles have tweeted about “in Colombo - India conveyed message on restoring Indus water treaty if Pakistan opens up its airspace for Indian aircrafts”.

Air India 787-8 VT-ANQ has taken off and now enroute Victorville. With some delay, going to be 17 hours long flight, 5th aircraft to be retrofitted, 21 more to go after this.

Air India next aircraft for 787-8 retrofit program would be VT-ANQ. Expected to depart Mumbai on 26th evening for Victorville, CA.
This confirms a slot at VCV has been freed up and soon that should move to SBD.

Another day, Air India 787-8 VT-NAC is outside the Commercial Modification Center at Victorville. Indicates this aircraft has been retrofitted.
Will see when it flies to San Bernardino for livery paint.
