I am four shy of 200 registrants for this @MavenHQ 30-min free lesson on AI search visibility coming up on June 4th, let's get there! https://t.co/igg2QhcHNi
"Working with Todd on my Founder Story has been a positive experience. As a busy entrepreneur, I appreciated that the time required from me was minimal.
"Todd reviewed my older posts and essays, along with a few additional pieces I provided, and used them to build a cohesive storybook that I can use to support top-of-funnel placements, onboarding materials, pitch decks and more. I can see the versatility of what he's created.
"I also appreciate the unique presentation style with flippable pages, which is both engaging and easy for readers to navigate.
The digital marketing playbook didn't just change. It completely broke.
Every morning, thousands of founders log on, throw a few lazy prompts into an LLM, and pray for a conversion miracle.
It’s a losing game. And deep down, you already know it.
You are running on empty tactics when you should be building a system.
The truth is simple: You cannot infor-mate someone to action.
When my buddy @RobCairns and I sat down on the SDM Show recently, we tore into the biggest mistake holding brilliant creators back.
People are building their business around fleeting, shiny-object prompts instead of repeatable frameworks.
If you don't own the underlying structure, you are just renting real estate from an algorithm that doesn't care about your legacy.
Before you touch a single page template or write a line of copy, your system needs two non-negotiable engines:
1. A Brand Masterfile: The singular, unvarnished source of truth that captures your raw "Ore" and chronological journey before the corporate overthinking sets in.
2. A Tone of Voice Filter: The guardrails that strip out the academic fluff and make sure you sound like a human standing on a front porch, not a spreadsheet-obsessed board.
You can run this engine inside Claude, Gemini, or a local open-source setup. The platform is entirely agnostic. The clarity is not.
Stop bouncing from tool to tool trying to find a magic fix. Build the framework first. The execution follows naturally.
Are you building a lasting brand entity, or are you just collecting prompts? (Be honest.)

SO many brands are struggling with their Reddit reputation (which haunts them on organic search and AI answers), and yet so few know how to solve it (and are looking for shortcuts). It is insane...
🔴 Deleting threads is NOT solving the issue (user-deleting threads still rank, and they all are already part of the training data)
🔴 Defensive comments from brands are not changing the sentiment (and just make customers angrier)
🔴 Faking customers' reviews is illegal and will likely backfire with bigger problems
🔴 None of the attempted shortcuts will fix your organic rankings or AI positioning.
So what to do? Check it out in my newsletter!
The pyro kicks off the night.
Fans cheer from across the arena. It’s not a big arena — smaller, holds maybe 4K people.
More intimate.
The show starts as Elias Thorne saunters to the ring.
He’s in a mood.
The look of a man who’s had enough.
Thorne strolls in wearing his signature battle-worn denim vest adorned with grassroots patches and black boots.
But tonight — a Razorback t-shirt and jeans.
The crowd roars in approval.
He grabs a stool and a mic on his way to the ring and settles in the center.
“Some people ‘round here are too big for their britches!”
“They think the entire organization revolves around them. They run around here in $2K custom made suits, alligator shoes and a pair of $500 sunglasses.”
“They cut down anyone in their way. Even the janitor! Who would do that?”
“They go too fast. Their ways are too loose. They don’t appreciate all these fans who paid for these tickets with their hard earned money down at the saw mill.”
“They think they are too good for y’all!”
He pauses.
Lets it land.
The crowd cheers.
“Not sure what the Dapper has going in that thick skull of his...”
“...but his corporate ways are about to come to a screeching halt.”
“Courtesy of the grit.”
“’True’” Elias Thorne.”
Thorne turns.
Looks right at the camera.
“DAPPER. STERLING. VANCE.”
“Your 10X ways are about to come to an end — courtesy of the grit, ‘True’ Elias Thorne — when I drop you with the Suplex of Human Truth!”
“Oh it’s going down. Next week. In the coliseum.”
“My friend.”
You stand there confused.
How in the world did you get transported to this alternate universe?
Who are all these people?
Where in the world are you?
You listen to the man in the ring.
There’s a certain grit to him. A resilience. A strong, rugged look that says he’s been around for a while.
He’s really connecting with the crowd.
So you lean in.
Then — out of the corner of your eye — another man comes through the door.
He looks vaguely familiar.
Shimmering electric-blue silk suit jacket. Adorned with flash. Pristine.
The crowd immediately boos and hisses.
He laughs.
Tosses out 10X decals.
Ironically — several people scramble to scoop them up.
The crowd is booing. But a small segment?
Cheering.
The stare-down begins.
The crowd is going bananas.
What’s going to happen?
Then it hits you.
You have to come back next week.
To the coliseum.
To find out.
Will “True” Elias Thorne overcome this egotistical maniac?
Or will Dapper Sterling Vance prevail with his evil ways?
You immediately start looking for the ticket office.

It’s fun. Helps you tell the story.
And you finally see what happens.
Thorne turns.
Looks right at the camera.
“DAPPER. STERLING. VANCE.”
“Your 10X ways are about to come to an end — courtesy of the grit, ‘True’ Elias Thorne — when I drop you with the Suplex of Human Truth!”
