My agency (Ovago) says they cannot submit the refund until ITA first issues the medical waiver on case #04155021. ITA phone support tells me Ovago must confirm the doctor’s letter before issuing the waiver—so I’m stuck.
Could you please (a) confirm the correct sequence for a medical refund, and (b) provide an email address or contact at ITA that my agency can use to send the letter directly?
