@HMRCcustomers hello Customer services. I have done calculations on HMRC website and am sure i have overpaid tax for 2025- 2026 tax year. What can I do to escalate the calculation from HMRC to see if you agree that i have overpaid tax?

@virginmedia I am in the HA0 area. TV channels constantly pixelating. When looking at your Service Status page, states resolve date of 18th May. Today is the 27th May. Are you going to compensate customers considering we pay for your service 1 mth in advance

Furthermore, what are VM doing about customer compensation when there is an outage. We are having to pay you 1 month in advance!

@virginmedia @rantystoat The issue with this service status checker is: you put your details in then are told that there is an issue but will be resolved by X date & X time. When you check again on that date, it has moved forward by another 3+ days and a new time. Its a totally false narrative

@virginmedia VM, stop the fancy adverts and focus on the service. I've not had a landline for 6 months. Finally got restored only after I went to CICAS after getting no response to my complaint after 8 weeks. When your service works, it's great. When it doesn't, you're dreadful!
