@AppyOrtho It was a 69 year old man named John Benfield. He's from NC and has been charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.

@SkylarSkye3 70% of Americans do have a passport, but America is a big country. It's expensive to travel overseas. Although I do have a passport, I've only traveled outside the US three times. One of those times was just over our border to Mexico. At the time, I was living in Arizona.
