Congratulations to that guy Memphis on his 118th place finish at the State Cross Country Championship. He ran another amazing time of of 16:21. He ran with pride and determination and has made us all very proud.

Reggie S. finished 3rd overall this morning at the Caston Invitational. She finished in 21:39 and help lead the ladies to a 6th place finish.

Lana V. was also huge in her 14th place finish. She ran a 23:11 to help her team.

@wane15 Summer is always when we consume less milk. It will pick back up as gain in the next month as schools reopen. Milk prices will be higher from processing plants with more executives.

@CoachDistance 7 days a week for all ages. Rest is apart of training. Some ages get 2 days of rest others get 1.
