Students paid exam fees for the exams that never happened!

JKSSB announced withdrawal/cancellation of posts long ago but are yet to refund the exam fees. For once, @manojsinha_ @jkssbofficial should take pro-student stand and ensure fee is refunded so aspirants may apply again.
