Ordered a phone from @boostmobile 1/5. On delivery day, package requested back by sender, according to UPS. Call Boost, they blame UPS but issue refund in 7-14 business days.
Received notification last night that the over $1100 was put as a CREDIT on my account. @BoostCare

I needed this song 20 something years ago when I was in middle school but it still resonates at age 36.

But then last night I placed an order for in store pick up (used a coupon) that was cancelled. Used the chat system to get my coupon adjustment taken care of after reordering the item for shipping.
I happened to have a return today & time on my hands, so I looked around.
I noticed on another item in a different order that the price tag had been ripped in half- I figured cool, prolly what’s supposed to happen if an item’s on clearance for in store pick up with an online order. Also why I wasn’t mad about the first time. I get it, I work retail.
I’ve bought 7 pairs of joggers, 2 pairs of leggings, 2 tees, & a jacket & hat for my kid from @OldNavy over the past 2 days. 😅
