Meet my brother, Okikiola Omidina. ❤️
Ever since our dad passed away, he has taken full responsibility for me, sending me to school while sending himself to school.
The best thing you can do for me is support his music and help him reach the right people. If my bro is ok I’m ok

Day 5 of trying to get help and saving my sister, modurotoluwa ❤️ .
A few Few weeks ago, we started a GoFundMe for Toluwa who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), and the love we received was overwhelming. You reposted, you donated, you shared her story, and many of the videos went viral because of your kindness. Because of you, Toluwa is able to travel to India, and her treatment has already begun. We are truly, sincerely grateful.
However, Toluwa still urgently needs a bone marrow transplant. The cost is $70,000, and we have only reached 30% ($20,891) of that goal. We are thankful for how far you’ve brought us, but we still need your help.
Please, we ask for more push, repost, share, more donation. Every single effort brings us closer to giving Toluwa a real chance at life.
“I hold on to Victony’s faith” she said
Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for not giving up. Thank you for showing Toluwa so much love. We appreciate you more than words can express.

Another funny thing about results like this is that, when people see this, due to limited or incomplete information, they think that only the person with such result has a problem.
NOT TOTALLY TRUE!
YOU CAN SUFFER FROM ANOTHER PERSON’S ANTIBIOTIC ABUSE.
If person A abuse antibiotics, which is one of the ways to get a resistant strain. If person B has never even taken antibiotics before and somehow he contracts the resistant strain from person A. He is now infected with a resistant strain.
He will suffer the same thing that person A suffers. Even though he didn’t abuse antibiotics or anything.
In the clinical settings we take antibiotic resistance as permanent. Microbiologists can argue otherwise, saying bacteria can lose their resistance over time (which is true). Clinicians do not use that metric, we don’t have the time.
So that means, when healthcare professionals are saying “Stop abusing antibiotics,” please STOP, and ensure people around you stop also.
NB: I didn’t even talk about horizontal gene transfer, and several other ways and jargons that further complicate antibiotic misuse
The past few hours have been tough.
We and others lost colleagues in the fire at Afriland Towers.
As a community, we are grieving for all and doing what we can to support their families and loved ones.
