Extremely frustrating experience with RailOne.

Despite being on the fastest Wi-Fi, I repeatedly faced the “Request could not be processed due to high load” error, followed by a huge waiting time.

Because of these repeated issues, my ticket could not be confirmed. This was particularly disappointing as I was trying to travel home for Chhath Puja, an important festival for my family.

And the irony? After finally booking, I gave 1 star for the booking experience—and even that failed with another system error! 😂

If RailOne cannot handle booking loads, users shouldn’t have to suffer for it. If the system cannot handle peak booking loads, it defeats the very purpose of having a digital booking platform.
