A mortgage payment doesn't go up for 30 years.
My parents still pay $420 a mo on a 200 acre farm + house they bought in 1998.
Rent goes up 5%+ per year. Compound that over 30 years and its 4.5x higher.
People who argue that renting is better are simply wrong.
#kalki2898ad#kalki2898 Just finished watching the second half, lots of high moments and wonderful screenplay. Would watch the movie gain just for second half.

And now #HanuMan, wondering how Tollywood is delivering such a pan indian quality products🫡🔥
And Hanuman was made at 30 crs budget, but the product looks like a 100cr Biggie.....A huge appreciation to Prashanth varma👏👏
Kurchi Madatapetti song is superb ! Sreeleela's voora mass steps work for galleries. Mahesh Babu danced well too
This song has provided a welcome energy during the dull second half.
#GunturKaaram
If you go and watch #gunturkaaram with less expectations, then it is a very fun and enjoyable movie,I liked it. Haven’t seen #MaheshBabu𓃵 in this form recently, #Sreeleela is a gem.
"Teja is not playing the role of Lord Hanuman. The character that #TejaSajja is portraying requires someone who resembles a common man. If we cast someone like #Prabhas, he already radiates strength and doesn't need additional Super powers from #Hanuman so this is the reason for casting teja" - #PrasanthVarma
Steve Jobs on leadership
“The greatest people are self-managing. They don’t need to be managed. Once they know what to do, they’ll go figure out how to do it… What they need is a common vision, and that’s what leadership is. Leadership is having a vision, being able to articulate that so the people around you can understand it, and getting consensus on a common vision.”
Borrowing from his tagline for the original Mac, Steve continues:
“We wanted people who were insanely great at what they did… and the neatest thing that happens when you get a core group ten great people is that it becomes self-policing as to who they let into that group. So I consider the most important job of someone like myself is recruiting.”
This observation on the importance of getting the first ten people right is a refrain you constantly hear from the very best founders. As Patrick Collison put it:
“A large part of the reason why the first ten people you hire are so important is because you’re not just hiring those first ten people. You’re actually hiring 100 people because you should think of each of those people as bringing along another ten people with them.”
The best leaders recruit “insanely great” people and align them around a common vision.
